Morok Metpa chutney is a hit in Manipur like a compulsory side dish in family dinner. It is prepared using fresh green chillies. The chillies are mashed into a paste with heated or steamed Ngari. The ingredients are only ngari and salt with some freh coriander leaves. Enjoy it with all kinds of meals.

7-8 pieces - Green Chili
3-4 pieces - Ngari
2-3 leaves chopped - coriander leaves
sliced pieces - onion

    Steam or heat ngari on a pan.

    Chop the fresh chili and mash with the ngari with salt.

    Add the coriander leaves and sliced onion.
